A 21-day online group program combining breathwork, visualisation, and subconscious reprogramming. Through daily practice and weekly live sessions, you'll break free from unconscious programming and consciously create your desired reality.

How It Works:
Each week includes a live guided session where we practice together. You then continue daily breathwork and visualisation on your own using the provided recordings. Weekly exercises deepen your awareness and transformation.
