Functional Breath Specialist & Human Potential Facilitator.

I work at the intersection of science and transformation—teaching functional breathing for better health and performance, and facilitating deep inner work for clarity, purpose, and lasting change.

My background includes training in the Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage, and Soma Breath, with years of study in human behaviour and facilitation training through the Institute of Quantum Consciousness. I've worked with doctors, entrepreneurs, and people navigating major life transitions—all looking for something that goes deeper than surface-level solutions.

I work in-person and online, and when I'm not with clients, you'll find me in the mountains—they bring me back to balance, help me see what matters, and recharge me.

The work I do is grounded, science-based, and practical. But it also goes deep. Real change happens when you address the whole person—body, mind, and the patterns beneath the surface.
