My journey into this work began more than a decade ago, not as a career path, but as a necessity. I faced significant health challenges and life-altering decisions that pushed me to look deeper than conventional solutions offered.
I've never been one to simply take a pill and hope for the best. I needed to understand the root causes - why was my body responding this way? What was truly happening beneath the surface? This curiosity led me down a path of discovery into the profound connection between breath, body, mind, and consciousness.
Through years of study, practice, and personal transformation, I've learned that real healing and growth happen when we address the whole person. I've embodied these teachings in my own life, and over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding many others to step into their power and reclaim their health - mental, emotional, and physical.
The mountains and nature are my sanctuary. There's something about being outdoors that helps us stop, breathe, and find balance again. That's why I love combining my work with nature experiences - it's where true connection happens..
