What is the Breath Clinic
A structured 3-week small group program that combines functional breathing science with diaphragm rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, and guided meditation.
The approach draws on evidence-based methods, including the Buteyko Method and Oxygen Advantage, bringing together the most effective tools for lasting change.
Each week builds on the last. Each session includes education, practical breathing exercises and a guided meditation with binaural music. Participants receive a guided audio track for home practice every week.

This program combines the Buteyko Method and Oxygen Advantage for functional breathing with rhythmic breathing meditations based on Soma Breath—improving oxygenation, reducing stress, enhancing sleep, increasing energy, and optimising performance.
